Letterloom sends faraway letters through the post: historically grounded fictional stories that arrive twice a month, with the paper traces that make a journey feel found rather than bought.

Our first season

The Lamp Beside the Door follows Etta, a young Sicilian woman writing home during her 1907 journey through Ellis Island. Across 24 letters, her world unfolds in small, specific details: a harbor, a recipe, a name remembered in the margin.

Built for a growing shelf

Each Letterloom season begins with a new protagonist, a new historical setting, and a complete year of mail. The stories change. The pleasure of opening a real letter does not.

Why mail

A letter asks for a little time. It can be reread, tucked into a book, or passed across a table. We think that is worth preserving.
